Welcome to the Health page of Carolyn Downie and SPARCSWORKS!

SPARCSWORKS* is a health & wellness collaborative created by musician Carolyn Downie that helps manage environmental health challenges and chronic illness. Specifically, SPARCSWORKS focuses on EMF health and safety, Electro-Sensitivity ("ES") and co-occurring conditions such as Multiple Chemical Sensitivity ("MCS"). SPARCSWORKS is also supportive of neurodiversity and can help in recognizing the environment as a significant factor in neurological and mental health. 

 As part of the ES/MCS and natural health movement, SPARCSWORKS is all about working together to clean up the environment from these modern day toxins (i.e., "electro-smog" contaminants) that are harmful to everyone. This includes creating clean living spaces that are EMF and chemically safe to optimize health and wellness for all.
